  • If you love planning and just need expert guidance, the Basic Package gives you a detailed, ready-to-book itinerary.


    If you’d rather skip the logistics, the Intermediate Package is perfect! I’ll make all your winery reservations and handle the scheduling.


    And if you want to simply show up and sip, the Advanced Package offers a fully coordinated Napa experience, including winery, food, and travel arrangements.

  • Every itinerary includes:

    • A detailed daily schedule of tastings

    • Winery information, tasting costs, and reservation contacts

    • A Google Sheet with all the details in one place, ready to access from your phone or laptop

  • No - the cost of tastings, experiences, and lodging are not included. Each itinerary will clearly outline expected pricing for transparency, and you’ll pay wineries and restaurants directly.

  • Absolutely!

    • Basic Package: Changes allowed up to 2 weeks before your trip.

    • Intermediate & Advanced Packages: Changes allowed up to 3 days before travel.
      My goal is to make sure your trip fits your preferences, not the other way around. Please note that not all changes may be accommodated once a reservation is made, but I will do my best. 

    • Intermediate Package: I’ll suggest restaurants that pair perfectly with your tasting route and timing.

    • Advanced Package: I’ll make those reservations for you (where reservations are accepted), ensuring your day flows seamlessly from tasting to table.

  • Lodging accommodations include many variables, but if you need help booking an appropriate lodging accommodation for your party, send me an email to: Info@bottleswithbabbitt.com

    2. Complete a quick intake form with your preferences, travel dates, and wine style interests. 

      1. Form will be emailed within 2 business days

    3. I’ll start curating your itinerary and send it for review.

    4. Once approved, I’ll finalize bookings based on your package

  • Ideally, at least 4–6 weeks before your trip to ensure your preferred wineries and restaurants are available, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall (harvest)).

  • Cancellations made before work begins receive a full refund. Once itinerary planning or reservations have started, partial refunds may apply depending on the package and stage of completion. (Full terms provided upon booking.)

  • Right now, my focus is on creating unforgettable Napa Valley experiences — but I’m expanding! If you’re planning a trip to Champagne or Bordeaux, reach out, and I’ll see how I can help.
